Buildings
There are several buildings located in the farm which were previously used by the farm managers and workers. These buildings include 2 big residential houses which were used by the Farm Manager and engineer, a big workshop, 25 labour camps, equipment shed, store and offices.
These buildings have been abandoned for a long period of time and will require extensive repairs to get them in workable conditions. Not all the buildings will be required as originally the farm was 1400 hectares and so the camps were built to accommodate labour force of that size farm.
The farm has been reduced by almost half so only a portion of the buildings will be required as the staffing will be greatly reduced. Only 6 of the labour camps will be utilised.
